2. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you create an account and use the Service, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and mailing/delivery address. We also collect information about your vehicles, vessels, or equipment (such as make, model, color, and license plate), delivery locations, and any notes you add (such as gate or garage codes and access instructions).
Photos and camera. With your permission, we access your camera and photos so you can upload a profile picture, a photo of your vehicle for identification, and photos to support your account or order. We use these images only for the purposes for which you provide them and do not share them without your consent, except as described in this Policy.
Identity verification. To help keep the Service secure, we may collect information and images you submit to verify your identity, vehicle, or delivery location.
Location information. With your permission, we collect your device's precise location to enable accurate delivery, routing, and order tracking. For features that require it, the driver/delivery application may access location in the background to support real-time order tracking. You can control location permissions through your device settings, though disabling them may limit the Service.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our third-party processor, Stripe. When you add a payment method, your card details are collected and stored by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our own systems. We may receive limited information from Stripe, such as a payment confirmation, the last four digits of your card, and transaction status.
Notifications. With your permission, we send push notifications about order status and offers. You can manage notification settings in the app or your device.
Information collected automatically. We automatically collect certain device and usage information, including your IP address, device model, operating system and platform, unique identifiers, device tokens, time zone, and how you interact with our website and the Service (for analytics and to improve performance).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and verify your identity.
- Process, schedule, route, and deliver your fuel orders, and provide live order tracking.
- Process payments, memberships, and refunds through Stripe.
- Communicate with you about orders, account matters, support requests, and (with your permission) offers.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, including diagnosing technical problems and understanding how the Service is used.
- Enforce our Terms & Conditions and comply with legal obligations, including billing and collection.
- Any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers. With companies that help us operate the Service, such as Stripe (payments), mapping and location providers (routing and geocoding), hosting and infrastructure providers, and communications tools — under agreements that limit their use of your information.
- Delivery personnel. With our drivers/technicians, the information needed to complete your delivery, such as your name, delivery location, access notes, and vehicle details.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of On Point Fuel, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With your consent. In any other case where you direct or permit us to share.
5. Location Data
Precise and, where applicable, background location are used to enable delivery, accurate routing, and real-time order tracking. This information is used for those purposes and is not shared with third parties except the service providers and delivery personnel needed to provide the Service, or as otherwise described in this Policy. You may disable location permissions at any time in your device settings, though core features may not work without them.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use SSL encryption and secure systems, along with industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. - Notifications. You can turn push notifications on or off in the app or your device settings.

9. Deleting Your Account or Data
You can delete your account or data directly within the app: cancel any active membership, then use the delete option on your profile. You may also request deletion by emailing info@onpointfuel.com or through the Contact page at onpointfuel.com. Requests submitted by email or website are processed and permanently completed within 3 to 7 business days, and you will receive confirmation. We may retain limited information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as completing transactions and maintaining records.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
