1. Service
On Point Fuel delivers gasoline and diesel to consumer vehicles, boats, and equipment within our published service area. Delivery is subject to availability, weather, and safety conditions.
2. Eligibility & verification
You must be 18+ and provide a valid government-issued ID. We may refuse or cancel service if verification fails or if a location is unsafe.
3. Pricing & payment
Fuel is billed per gallon at the current posted price plus any delivery fee. On Platinum plans, monthly membership fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Additional deliveries beyond the plan allowance are billed at the standard delivery fee.
4. Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel a Platinum membership at any time from Account → Membership. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued. Individual orders may be canceled while their status is still "Requested".
5. Deleting your account
You may delete your account from Account → Profile → Delete my account. Deletion cancels any active subscription and permanently removes your personal information from our systems, except where retention is required by law.
6. Liability
You are responsible for accurate vehicle information and safe on-site access. On Point Fuel is not liable for damage caused by inaccurate vehicle information, misfueling due to owner-provided data, or unsafe fueling locations.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
